International Yoga Day

YOGA – Science of healthy living

In order to commemorate the International Yoga Day, different yoga poses were displayed by the students of Sri Ramakrishna Central School. Students presented yoga exercises such as

  • Vajrasana
  • Dhanurasana
  • Ustrasana
  • Bhujangasana
  • Balasana
  • Saravangasana
  • Trikonasana
  • Sirasasana
  • Halasana
  • Chakrasana

The health benefits of each yoga poses were explained in order to create awareness among the students to do yoga regularly. There is no doubt that the event was not only entertaining but also enlightening.
